J. Robert Miller Jr. - Partner
Rob Miller, founding member of the firm, has been in practice
in Dallas for nineteen years. Rob has focused on business
and insurance
litigation, but also has handled a wide range of litigation
areas including: construction, transportation, product
liability, and
civil rights cases. Rob grew up in South Texas and worked in
his family’s business for twelve years prior to starting
practice as a lawyer.
Rob has tried nearly 100 cases to jury verdict, gaining favorable
results for his clients in the overwhelming majority of the
cases. He also handles appeals in the Courts of Appeals in the
State
of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals 5th Circuit.
Mr. Miller graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s
degree in political science. He later received his Juris Doctor
degree from Texas Tech University Law School, where he excelled
in national trial competitions. Rob has been admitted to practice
before the Texas and U.S. District Courts, Northern, Southern,
Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is also a member of
the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
Rob was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates at
the Advocate level in 2000.
