Dan Clark
Dan Clark has been a trial attorney in civil litigation for twenty-four years. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney under Henry Wade, and as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In civil litigation, Dan has handled the first chair defense of cases involving commercial liability, motor vehicle and construction accidents, wrongful death, premises and governmental liability, and sexual abuse claims.
Dan has tried over 170 cases to a jury verdict, and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.
Dan graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's Degree in political science, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas Law School. Dan has been admitted to practice before the Texas courts and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern District of Texas.
